This course, Introduction to Product Management, provides an overview of modern management techniques and how they can be applied to product development. Participants will learn about Design Thinking, Agile and Lean principles, practices and techniques, and how to use them to create value, flow and quality. This course is suitable for those new to the role of Product Manager, those considering transitioning into Product Management, those working in functions or departments that work closely with the Technology and Product teams, those in a senior leadership position seeking a high-level understanding of product management, and those starting their journey to product management accreditation.
