The Introduction to Business Analysis course is aligned with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge Guide (BABOK3). It covers the foundational concepts related to business analysis, such as business analysis and what it is, what a business analyst does, and some of the core concepts related to working in this field. Additionally, the course covers key terms such as stakeholder, requirements, and design. It also covers business analysis knowledge areas, business analysis key terms, and business analysis core concepts. Finally, the course covers stakeholders within a project team, stakeholders external to the project team, requirements classification schema, requirements and designs, the requirements and design cycle. Participants can use this course to improve their business analysis knowledge and abilities and to obtain the certifications provided by the International Institute of Business Analysis.
