Staying Fit is an online course designed to help students develop healthy, long-term lifestyle changes. Each module contains weekly goal check-ins, self-monitoring logs that track the user’s eating, exercise and sleep habits, psycho-educational reading material about a particular topic (e.g., exercise, nutritional foods, the relationship between the media and food, etc), relevant video(s) and pictures, and goal-setting exercises. The course is intended to be self-directed and to be utilized at the user’s own pace, however it is suggested to complete 1 session per week. This program is not considered to be a weight loss program, but rather a weight maintenance program.

The application of this course is to help users develop healthy, long-term lifestyle changes. It is suggested that users complete one session per week in order to maximize the benefits of the course. Additionally, users should be aware that this course is not intended to be a weight loss program, but rather a weight maintenance program.

[Career Paths]
1. Fitness Instructor: Fitness instructors are responsible for leading and teaching group exercise classes, such as aerobics, yoga, and Pilates. They must be knowledgeable about anatomy, physiology, and exercise techniques, and be able to motivate and encourage their clients.
