This course, Being Strategic and Communicating Strategy, provides an overview of Strategy Management. It covers the CIC framework, which includes Strategic Fundamentals, such as focus, character, culture, lifecycle and approaches, as well as a bonus on how to communicate a strategy using Strategy On A Page (SOAP).
