This seven-week course provides learners with the opportunity to develop advanced Agile skills to use in the workplace. Through a series of hands-on exercises, learners will explore Scrum, Extreme Programming, Lean, and Kanban to gain a thorough understanding of how to apply Agile concepts in product management.
