You will learn preparatory practices such as Grivasanchalana and Januchnchalana, breathing exercises such as Hands In and Out, Dog Breathing Exercise and Sasankasana Breathing Exercise, loosening practices such as jogging and twisting, Suryanamaskar or Sun Salutation with 12 counts, asanas such as Ardahakatichakrasana, Trikonasana, Utkatasana, Sukhasana, Siddhasana, Mandukasana, Paschimotanasana, Adramatsyendrasana, Ardhasirsana, Bhujangasana, Pavanamuktasana and Mastyasana, kriyas such as Neti and Kapalabhati, pranayama practices such as Sectional Breathing, Abdominal Breathing, Clavicular Breathing and Full Yogic Breathing, mudras such as Cin and Chinmaya mudras, OM Meditation in the VYASA methodology, Bhakti Yoga and Karma Yoga shlokasangrahah or collection of chants, and skit/drama based on their understanding of the shlokasangrahah.
