In this module, you are going to learn about the English Waltz, its origin, and the basic steps. You will learn about the box steps, how to draw the boxes beneath your feet, the underarm turn, the hesitation step, the principles and categories of the waltz ballroom dancing, the basics of the cha-cha dance, and how to blend the steps.Basics of Salsa and Swing Dancing
In this module, you will learn a brief history of Salsa, the basics of Salsa, how to dance the cross-body lead, the underarm turn, the difference between Salsa On1 and Salsa On2, the different tempos or speeds.
