This course, Getting Started with PowerShell Scripting, provides an introduction to writing PowerShell scripts. Learners will gain an understanding of how to manage data and script inputs such as parameters, how to manage errors and issues within a PowerShell function, and how to combine this together to write a repeatable script. Upon completion of this course, learners will have the skills and knowledge of writing PowerShell scripts needed to execute repeatable tasks and create reusable scripts.

After completing this course, participants should be able to apply their knowledge of PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and create repeatable scripts. They should be able to use PowerShell to manage data and script inputs, manage errors and issues within a PowerShell function, and combine these elements to create a repeatable script. Additionally, participants should be able to use PowerShell to create reusable scripts that can be used in a variety of scenarios.
