This course, High Performance Collaboration: Leadership, Teamwork, and Negotiation, provides students with the opportunity to develop and expand their leadership repertoire, design teams for collaboration, and craft win-win negotiation strategies. Through self-assessments, students will analyze their leadership style, develop team charters to optimize their groups, and develop a game plan for effective negotiation. The course is offered every two weeks on Monday, with an enrollment period of five days.

Upon completion of this course, students will have the skills to develop and expand their leadership repertoire, design teams for collaboration, and craft win-win negotiation strategies. They will be able to apply these skills in their professional and personal lives to create successful teams and successful negotiations.
