This course provides an overview of Moroccan Healthy Recipes, with a focus on how to cook a traditional Tajine. Participants will learn three traditional and healthy recipes, including sardine fish ball with tomato sauce (Kefta Tajine), chicken tajine with charmola, and chicken thighs tajine with carrots & raisins. Each recipe will be explored step-by-step, with an additional recipe of Grilled Sardines Sushi to inspire participants to make sardine brochettes (Sardines à la maracoine) with green and red peppers in a new look. By the end of the course, participants will have a better understanding of Moroccan cuisine, flavors, ingredients, and food, as well as the ability to prepare a delicious Moroccan Tajine recipe in a traditional and healthy way.
