Fabian is excited to welcome learners to his online course focused on improving focus and coordination through the use of three juggling balls. Through 16 practical exercises, learners will be guided through three levels of difficulty to increase their neuroplasticity and improve their whole body coordination. Each video will demonstrate the exercise and learners should pause the video until they have successfully completed the repetitions. The training should last between 20 and 30 minutes and learners should have three juggling balls at their disposal prior to starting the video.
