They will also learn how to set up the development environment, use Maven to create a Spring Boot project, start a Spring Boot application, and understand the Spring Boot startup steps. Additionally, students will learn how to add a REST controller, return objects from the controller, use a bill of materials, use an embedded servlet container, use Spring MVC, create a REST API, use POST, update and delete, use an initializer, use the CLI, use the STS IDE, use JPA, perform CRUD operations, understand entity relationships, package and run a Spring Boot app, use actuator, and much more.
