This course provides an overview of Enterprise Architecture (EA). It explains the different benefits, characters, principles and frameworks of EA, as well as the process of developing, building, using and maintaining an EA. The Enterprise Architecture Research Forum defines EA as the continuous practice of describing the important elements of a socio-technical organization, how they are related to each other and the environment to understand complexity and manage change.
