This deep-dive course is designed to take participants beyond the ego-mind and into expanded states of consciousness. Accessible and clear, this course will provide simple follow-along practices and meditations to welcome participants into their own direct experience. An integral approach to consciousness is taken, integrating many perspectives and traditions to distill the practices that are most relevant and potent for today. Matt, the guide, is trauma-informed and is inspired by somatic psychotherapy, yoga, Buddhism, and Reiki.

The course begins with a solid grounding in somatic principles and practices and then examines how to work with common obstacles on the path (Modules 1 &2). Participants will then open into the non-conceptual consciousness of their bodies and expanded states harnessing breath and energy (Modules 3&4). Alignment to the soul's purpose and path of growth through soul-level consciousness (Module 5) is explored, and finally, participants will open into their Higher Self and Universal Consciousness (Module 6).

Techniques to calm and center the body and mind in order to access deep states will be taught. Breath and energy techniques to unlock potential will be practiced. By opening to these higher states, participants will align to a profound sense of love, belonging, and connection. As they progress through the course, they will receive a transmission and ultimately an initiation for living more fully as the realized, universal Being that they are.
